Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using https://www.ummahaccelerator.com (the "site") operated by The Last Codebender LLC ("us", 'we", "our").

1. Conditions of Use

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. The Last Codebender LLC only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. The Last Codebender LLC assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of The Last Codebender LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You grant The Last Codebender LLC a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

5. User Accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

6. Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to receive communications from us via email and SMS. These communications may include order confirmations, customer support responses, and marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or replying STOP to our SMS messages. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional messages related to your orders or account.

7. Applicable Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between The Last Codebender LLC and you, or its business partners and associates.

8. Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Delaware and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify The Last Codebender LLC and its affiliates and hold The Last Codebender LLC harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

10. Limitation on Liability

The Last Codebender LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

The Last Codebender LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between The Last Codebender LLC and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

11. Refund Policy

 We are committed to providing you with comprehensive support throughout the Program. Your success is important to us, and we offer a fair refund policy based on mutual engagement.

The Program is a comprehensive coaching program designed to help you launch and scale your AI agency. Because of the intensive support and resources provided, we offer a performance-based refund policy — designed to protect clients who commit fully, implement consistently, and still don't achieve results.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

Participation & Communication: Clients agree, upon enrolling, to be proactive with communication and seek help when needed. This includes attending at least one (1) live session per week. If we do not hear from you for seven (7) consecutive days without prior notice, your eligibility for a refund is void, as we are unable to track progress or offer support.

Training Completion: The core program modules must be completed within four (4) weeks of enrollment, and the support team must be notified upon completion. This ensures clients start implementation with a proper foundation.

Execution & Proof of Work: Clients must implement the core strategies provided and show clear, consistent action. This includes:

  • Conducting outreach to at least 25 potential clients per day for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days using the program's framework
  • Building and sharing at least three (3) AI solution demos as specified
  • Creating your agency website and professional profiles according to guidelines
  • Recording and tracking all sales calls using the program's sales process
  • All work must be documented with time-stamped proof upon request

Checkpoints & Support Use: Clients must reach out for feedback and support during the program, particularly at monthly checkpoints on Day 30, Day 60, and more depending on the length of access in the program the Client is in, so that adjustments can be made if needed. Lack of engagement or failure to request help disqualifies any refund claim.

Refund Request: If all conditions are met and no results (i.e., no client acquisition) are achieved, the client may submit a written refund request within their enrollement access (3 or 6 months depending on the program). The request must include:

  • Our completed refund eligibility form
  • Documentation of all required proof of work
  • Participation in a mandatory verification call with our team

This policy is in place to protect serious clients who commit fully. If you do the work as outlined and still don't land a client, you may be eligible for a refund. If the client shows inconsistent participation, lack of proactiveness, or doesn't follow the systems taught, the refund request will be void.

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet all listed criteria.

12. Course Materials

The course materials provided by The Last Codebender LLC are for personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any course materials to individuals who are not enrolled in the course. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the course and potential legal action.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We do not guarantee to provide notice of changes, so please check this page periodically for any updates. By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
